Orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, when you buy something from us we figure out how much it will cost to ship it to you and we show you that cost when you are checking out. You also have to pay any customs duties or taxes or import fees that apply to the things you are buying.
Delays
We want to get things to you on time.. Sometimes the people who deliver our packages or the customs people can cause delays. Things that are out of our hands can also cause delays. MauKhi is not responsible, for these delays.
Address Accuracy
When you are checking out please make sure your shipping address is correct. MauKhi cannot be held responsible if your order gets delivered to the address or an address that is not complete because that is something the customer has to take care of.

At Maukhi we want to make sure you get the products. We also want to make shopping with us a nice experience. If the things you buy from Maukhi are not what you wanted we are here to help you with Maukhi products.
Returns
We give you 14 days to send something back. This 14days time starts on the day you get the things you ordered from us.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return the items must be in a condition. The items have to meet some requirements.

* The items have to be in shape
The items are what matter when it comes to a return. The items must be returned in the state they were, in when you received the items.

If something does not meet these conditions then the return, for that item may not be approved. The item has to meet these conditions to be considered for return.

When the company says yes to your return you will get clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: return shipping is paid by you, the buyer. We do not provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $5 restocking fee also applies to approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives to make sure everything is okay, with the things you got from us which's your order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective or incorrect you should get in touch with us away. We will look into the problem with the item. Figure out what to do to fix it. We want to make sure you are happy, with your item so we will work with you to find a solution that works for you and the item.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not take back things because of hygiene, safety and the fact that some things are made just for the person who buys them. The following items are non-returnable:

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We want to help you quickly as possible so we do not do direct exchanges. This way exchanges, for the service do not slow things down for the service. We think this is the way to make sure you get the service you need from the service.
If you want something please:
Return your original item for approval
You can place an order once the return is accepted. The company will let you know when the return is accepted. At that time you can go ahead. Place a new order, for the product you want to buy. Remember to wait for the return to be accepted before you place an order.
This means we can go ahead and work on your request away. We do not have to wait to process your request. Your request will be processed by us without any delay.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
When you get something sent to you in the European Union you can send it back. Say you do not want it within 14 days. You do not have to tell European Union why you are sending it back or saying you do not want it.
Returned items must be in the condition as when you got them. Returned items have to be sent to us. The returned items should not be used. We need the returned items to be complete with all the parts.

2. Returned items that are broken will not be accepted.

I recommend this!
The bag has a very strong ruffle... I swear it's very beautiful. Inside there's a huge space, the zippers are good, besides the pockets on the outside, there's also a little pocket inside. The material is great and it's super well-made. It's ironically my favorite bag.
This bag is probably my favorite bag i’ve ever bought. It’s so beautiful and i mean so beautiful and there’s an extra strap so you can wear it all the way down to your waist or even your thigh depending on how tall you are, but i’m 54 and it goes almost to my bottom of my thigh if i wanted it to. But to me the brown is a little darker. I mean, if you have no problem with that, just trust me, you’ll like it.

Very nice, my MacBook fits perfectly since the opening isn't very wide. There's plenty of space, so to give you an example, I can fit two pencil cases, a water bottle, a fairly large wallet, a plug and a charger, and still have room left. There are still some minor flaws like discoloration, but overall I recommend it. Plus, it arrived early.

This is a really lovely and well-made bag! The zippers all run smoothly and the color is exactly as shown in the pictures. The front and back pockets are much narrower than they could be, but that's offset by the large number of pockets and large interior space, honestly.

Very cute has 8 zippers 💘 It also comes with a longer strap inside so you can adjust to your liking. Pretty good dosent have a smell and it fits all my 4 of my notebooks and my chrome book.
