Return & Refund Policy

We give you 14 days to send something back. This 14 days time starts on the day you get the things you ordered from us.

To qualify for a return the items must be in a condition. The items have to meet some requirements:

• In original, unused, and unworn condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us. When the company says yes to your return you will get a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please check your order when it arrives to make sure everything is okay. If your item arrives damaged or defective or incorrect you should get in touch with us right away. We will look into the problem with the item and figure out what to do to fix it. Your satisfaction is our priority.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care or beauty products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

We do not do direct exchanges. If you want something please return your original item for approval. You can place an order once the return is accepted.

When you get something sent to you in the European Union you can send it back within 14 days. Returned items must be unused and unworn, include original tags and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

When we get your return and check it out we will let you know if it is approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued to your payment method. Processing time is up to 10 business days.
