Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the links below. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $100. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

We ship using trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on your location and package size.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

MauKhi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

• Check with neighbors and building management
• Contact your local post office
• Email us and we will do our best to help

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MauKhi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to update your address.
