Shipping policy

At MauKhi we really care about getting your order to you. We make sure to do it and get it to you on time. We want to make sure your order is delivered right. At MauKhi this is very important, to us.

Order Processing

When you place an order the order is processed within one to three business days. This does not include weekends and public holidays. After the order is sent out you will get an email to confirm that the order has been dispatched. This email will also have the tracking details, for the order.

Shipping & Delivery

So when you order something it will take some time to get to you. The time it takes to get to your place can be different depending on where you live and the shipping method you choose. When you are checking out we will give you an idea of when you can expect to get your stuff. This is an estimate and it is meant to give you a rough idea of when your delivery will arrive.

Shipping Fees

When you buy something from us we figure out how much it will cost to ship it to you and we show you that cost when you are checking out. You also have to pay any customs duties or taxes or import fees that apply to the things you are buying.

Delays

We want to get things to you on time.. Sometimes the people who deliver our packages or the customs people can cause delays. Things that are out of our hands can also cause delays. MauKhi is not responsible, for these delays.

Address Accuracy

When you are checking out please make sure your shipping address is correct. MauKhi cannot be held responsible if your order gets delivered to the address or an address that is not complete because that is something the customer has to take care of.
