Order Processing

When you place an order the order is processed within one to three business days. This does not include weekends and public holidays. After the order is sent out you will get an email to confirm that the order has been dispatched. This email will also have the tracking details, for the order.

Return & Refund Policy

At Maukhi we want to make sure you get the products. We also want to make shopping with us a nice experience. If the things you buy from Maukhi are not what you wanted we are here to help you with Maukhi products.

Returns

We give you 14 days to send something back. This 14days time starts on the day you get the things you ordered from us.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return the items must be in a condition. The items have to meet some requirements.

The items are what matter when it comes to a return. The items must be returned in the state they were, in when you received the items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives to make sure everything is okay, with the things you got from us which's your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective or incorrect you should get in touch with us away. We will look into the problem with the item. Figure out what to do to fix it. We want to make sure you are happy, with your item so we will work with you to find a solution that works for you and the item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not take back things because of hygiene, safety and the fact that some things are made just for the person who buys them. The following items are non-returnable:

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We want to help you quickly as possible so we do not do direct exchanges. This way exchanges, for the service do not slow things down for the service. We think this is the way to make sure you get the service you need from the service.

If you want something please:

Return your original item for approval

You can place an order once the return is accepted. The company will let you know when the return is accepted. At that time you can go ahead. Place a new order, for the product you want to buy. Remember to wait for the return to be accepted before you place an order.

This means we can go ahead and work on your request away. We do not have to wait to process your request. Your request will be processed by us without any delay.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

When you get something sent to you in the European Union you can send it back. Say you do not want it within 14 days. You do not have to tell European Union why you are sending it back or saying you do not want it.

Returned items must be in the condition as when you got them. Returned items have to be sent to us. The returned items should not be used. We need the returned items to be complete with all the parts.

Refunds
