When you place an order the order is processed within one to three business days. This does not include weekends and public holidays. After the order is sent out you will get an email to confirm that the order has been dispatched. This email will also have the tracking details, for the order.

So when you order something it will take some time to get to you. The time it takes to get to your place can be different depending on where you live and the shipping method you choose. Orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, when you buy something from us we figure out how much it will cost to ship it to you and we show you that cost when you are checking out. You also have to pay any customs duties or taxes or import fees that apply to the things you are buying.

Returns

We give you 14 days to send something back. This 14days time starts on the day you get the things you ordered from us.

To qualify for a return the items must be in a condition. The items have to meet some requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not take back things because of hygiene, safety and the fact that some things are made just for the person who buys them. The following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

When you get something sent to you in the European Union you can send it back. Say you do not want it within 14 days. You do not have to tell European Union why you are sending it back or saying you do not want it.

Returned items must be in the condition as when you got them. Returned items have to be sent to us. The returned items should not be used. We need the returned items to be complete with all the parts.
